About Me.

     FOTY Records, LLC was created based on three elements: a dream, a love for classic music, and the perfect timing to create it.  Through years of undergraduate studies, graduate school and working for a fortune 500 company for nearly thirty years, I was able to combine all my education, skills learned from my employment, and creativity to build a company for the ages.

     

     During my younger years, I was a popular DJ and had the opportunity to meet some successful entertainers that would help mold me into a successful entertainment business executive.  I had the wonderful opportunity to manage independent artists, create shows, and promote shows.  This experience led me to form a record label that would be sustainable within a saturated marketplace.

     

     FOTY (From Old to Young) Records, LLC is a record company that will create reproductions of classic music that will take us back down to memory lane.  My objective is to reproduce classic music with amazing new star quality artists.  The artists selected for these projects are artists that are at the top of their game and will deliver a powerful performance on the classic song. 

     

     The first classic song to be release on FOTY Records is “I’ve Got to Use My Imagination,” which was originally performed by the remarkable Gladys Knight and the Pips.  Ajada Reigns, one of the most incredible voices and performers I’ve ever heard will be featured on this phenomenal track.  She will lend her soulful, yet outstanding vocals to this song and remake this song a super hit.

     Together, FOTY Records, the artists, and the fans will enjoy the ride down memory lane.  As a result, a new generation will be introduced to the sounds that made classic R&B, Pop, Rock, etc., memorable to their parent’s and grandparent’s generation.
